Beginning with one truck and a few loyal customers that we still service 22 years later, Hurricane Waste Systems grew from construction boxes to heavy volume generators. With the growing needs of the latter, Support Site Services was created and large scale services were added. Support Site Services takes the next step; advising our clients how to efficiently move products from their source to reusable markets all around the world, and to help clients refine their environmental operations.
Support Site Services is headquartered in Dallas - Fort Worth, also with team members in Central Texas. We have a large footprint throughout Texas, with resources to support businesses located all across North America.

Grady opened Hurricane Waste Systems in 1999, then ten years later began Support Management. He has over 30 years experience in Texas with contacts throughout the state, and beyond in a variety of markets. He has taken the next step to advise and provide sustainable solutions to his clients.
Jerry’s passion for waste stream management is second to none. He started in the waste industry in 1989 in College Park GA. and the rest is history. In his role as the V.P. of Business Development with Support Site Services, he makes recycling education a priority – educating himself, his community, and encouraging others to do the same
Jerry’s passion for waste stream management is second to none. He started in the waste industry in 1989 in College Park GA. and the rest is history. In his role as the V.P. of Business Development with Support Site Services, he makes recycling education a priority – educating himself, his community, and encouraging others to do the same. Jerry plays a key role in supporting business unit leaders and sales representatives to solve waste related problems for our customers. Outside of work is spent focused on family, aviation, and back roads on his 06 night train.
Austin is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. Problem solving comes second nature to him, and being conscious of the environment is his first priority. Aside from work, he enjoys playing sports and fueling his adventurous side.
Mason became a full time employee of Hurricane upon college graduation in 2017. He has fostered tremendous growth within the transportation services since joining our team. In his free time he enjoys biking, running, or anything that keeps him outdoors.
